I am approximately until October 2025 on parental leave.
Why Coaching?
Dealing with constant change is an ability we are naturally born with.
Nevertheless, time and again we maneuver ourselves into situations where we get stuck, don't know what to do next and want to bring about an active change.
In order to break out of our own monkey mind, we need one thing above all else:
A counterpart who fully engages with you and who is willing to explore new perspectives and sustainable solutions with you.

I am 36 years old, mom of a 3 year old and a baby, married and have lived as a native Rhinelander now for more than15 years in the greater Munich area.
In my free time, I like to go running, to go to concerts, play board games and listen to podcasts.
I work in People Development at ProSiebenSat.1 and pursue coaching as a side job.
